From time to time the members of the association have found it useful to have a pay rate survey conducted.  Please take a moment to fill out the form below.  The information will be tabulated by the website and information shared upon request.  This form will not collect any participant information and this time around we will not collect any information, such as hotel size, that could identify a hotel.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
